Refund Policy (English)

Digital products

All products from The Pet Compass are digital PDF downloads. You get instant access to your files after purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download is available.

Right of withdrawal (customers in the EU)

By placing your order, you expressly agree that we begin providing the digital content before the withdrawal period ends. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download is made available.

No returns or refunds

There are no returns and no refunds, including for duplicate purchases or products bought by mistake.
